健脾祛湿导滞汤治疗婴儿功能性便秘36例临床观察

Invigorating the spleen for eliminating dampness removing stagnancy Decoction for infantile functional constipation:an observation of 36 cases

目的观察健脾祛湿导滞汤治疗婴儿功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为两组,治疗组36例口服健脾祛湿导滞汤,对照组24例口服妈咪爱及四磨汤。结果两组总疗效比较,差异有统计意义(P>0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论健脾祛湿导滞汤对婴儿功能性便秘有良好的治疗作用,能较好地改善患儿的临床症状。

Objective To observe the clinic curative effects of invigorating the spleen for dampness eliminating removing stagnancy Decoction for infantile functional constipation. Methods 60 cases were ran-domly divided into 2 groups, the 36 cases of the treatment group took invigorating the spleen for eliminating dampness removing stagnancy Decoction, and the 24 cases of the control group took Ma Miai and Decoction of Four Powdered Drugs. Results Compare 2 groups that the total curative rate, the difference was significant （P 〉 0.05）. The treatment group was superior to the control group. Conclusion There is a good therapeutic effect of infantile functional constipation by invigorating the spleen for eliminating dampness removing stagnancy Decoction. It could be improved the patient＇s clinic symptom.
