美容毫针针刺治疗儿童变应性鼻炎临床观察

Clinical observation on acupuncture for treatment of children allergic rhinitis

目的探讨美容毫针针刺治疗儿童变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法将38例观察患者按就诊顺序编号随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组用美容毫针针刺印堂、迎香、列缺、尺泽,对照组口服富马酸酮替芬片,对2个疗程后的近期疗效和远期疗效进行对照观察。结果近期疗效观察组总有效率89.5%,对照组总有效率84.2%,两组疗效比较,P>0.05,差异无统计意义;远期疗效观察组总有效率68.42%,对照组总有效率31.58%,两组疗效比较,P<0.01,差异有高度统计意义。结论美容毫针针刺与富马酸酮替芬片治疗儿童变应性鼻炎近期疗效相似,但远期疗效明显优于富马酸酮替芬片。

Objective To find out an effective acupuncture therapy for children allergic rhinitis. Meth- otis 38 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 19 cases in each group. The treatment group were treated with acupuncture, the control group treated with oral Ketotifen. Results The short-term total effective rate was 89.5 % in the treatment group, 84.2 % in the control group with an insig- nificant difference between the 2 groups （P 〉 0.05）, The long-term total effective rate was 68.42 % in the treatment group, 31.58% in the control group with a significant difference between the 2 groups （P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion Acupuncture and Ketotifen have same short-term therapeutic effect on children allergic rhinitis, But acupuncture has a definite long-term theraneutie effect on children allergic rhinitis than Ketotifen.
