摘要
文章以368名教师为对象(其中优秀教师143名、普通教师225名),用问卷调查的方式获取具体的数据,试图通过分析不同类型教师的自我效能感的差异,探求教师自我效能感现状,以及教师自我效能感的影响因素。教师的一般自我效能感总体水平不高,教师的教育效能感得分总体水平较高,教师的教育效能感分类型分项目比较的差异极小,教师的一般自我效能感更多地受自身的条件影响,与教育效能感之间的相关性不高。
This article takes 368 teachers (143 outstanding teachers,225 general teachers) as subjects. The specific data are obtained by the way of questionnaire for trying to get the status quo and the influence factors of teachers' self- efficacy through the analyses of the differences between them. The serf- efficacy of average teachers is not at high level, while the effectiveness of education of them is at a higher level. There is little difference between teachers' education - based sub - classification of efficacy. And teachers' general self- efficacy is more affected by their own condition,it has little correlation with the sense of education efficacy.
