摘要 教学机智是教师在具体的教学情境中表现出来的教育智慧,它是教师的教学理论与教学实践结合的中介,是教师创造性的集中体现,也是教师多年实践经验的总结,是现代高素质教师一种必不可少的素质。文章阐述了培养教学机智的内涵,并提出教师应分清课堂偶发事件的类型,掌握教学机智的类型,采用因势利导、随机应变、掌握分寸、对症下药等方式灵活运用教学机智,以期能帮助教师提高自身的专业发展水平。 Teaching wit is presented by teachers in their specific teaching settings, which is the combination of teaching theory and teaching practice. It embodies teachers' creativity and generalization of their profotmd teaching experience, which is indispensible quality of modem excellent teachers.This paper illustrates the connotation and types of teaching wisdom, and lists some wisdom such as judicious guidance, changing with. occasions, grasping discretion, listing good therapies, in order to help teachers improve their professional development.
