论动画人才团队协作意识与创意思维能力的培养

On the Training Animation Talent Teamwork Awareness and Creative Thinking Abilities

"团队协作"与"创意思维"是动画创作的两个关键要素,只有将两者有机结合起来,才能更好地发挥创作者的创造性,使我们的作品富有旺盛的生命力。文章提出了"联合作业"、"工作室"团队实训以及综合知识的积累、主观能动性的开发等在动画教学中培养学生团队协作意识与个人创意思维能力的具体措施。

＂Teamwork＂ and ＂creative thinking＂ are the two key elements of animation creation. Only coordinating the two elements scientifically,it can inspire the creators have more creativity,and the works can be endowed with great vitality.This paper proposed specific measures in the animation teaching to train students＇ collaboration awareness and personal creative thinking ability in ＂joint operation＂, ＂Studio＂ Team Training as well as the accumulation of general knowledge,the development initiative.
