高校职业发展与就业指导是一门素质教育与职业教育相结合且以素质教育为主的公共课程,它以"培养职业自主规划能力、提升就业竞争能力、培育创新创业技能"为目标。其课程建设应以课程体系建设为龙头,以课程内容和教学方法创新为主线,以模拟实践为载体,分步骤分模块实施动态教学,并建构知识与能力、定量与定性、过程与结果三个结合的教学评价体系。

Course of Career Development and Employment Guidance is a public course, which integrates education for all- round development and vocational education,and pay emphasis on education for all- round development. This course is aiming at training ability to self- program career, promoting ability to employment compete, developing skill to blaze new trails. Firstly, the education curriculum system should be set up; secondly, the curriculum content and teaching method should be constructed; then, the carrier of imitation practicing should be provided and dynamic teaching can be carried out. Finally, the teaching evaluating system, which includes knowledge and skill, ration and nature, process and the result should be constructed as well.
