地方院校贫困家庭大学生就业困境探析

A Study on the Employment Plight of the Poverty-stricken Students from Local Colleges and Institutions

贫困大学生就业问题受到多种因素的影响,为探究地方院校贫困大学生就业的困扰因素,文章从社会整体就业市场供需结构、用人单位招聘条件、贫困生及其家庭就业期望和心理、地方高校办学影响力和人才培养与职业规划的脱节、贫困生拥有的社会资本及自主创业的资金等方面分析了地方院校贫困大学生就业面临的困境,并提出了摆脱就业困境的主要措施。

Employment for poor college students are affected by several factors. To explore the interference factors in the poor students＇ employment,this study analyzes the employment plight facing these students from local colleges and institutions. To get through the difficulties in employment,some measures are proposed from many aspects such as the supply and demand structure in job market,employment qualification required by the enterprises, the employment expectation and psychology of these poor students and their families, separated power of influence of the local colleges and talents cultivation as well as career planning,and social and independent innovation capital owned by these poor students.
