摘要
对固体饮料的研究现状、干燥技术以及固体饮料市场整体现状做了详细叙述,在此基础上,提出我国固体饮料未来将继续朝多元化、国际化方向发展的趋势,并将充分展现出固体饮料环保、方便、安全的优势。
The exploitation actuality, drying technology and the whole market about the beverage powder were introduced in this text. The author also brought forward the future of beverage powder which would keep on diversification and internationalization development on this base. Moreover, the advantage of beverage powder was exhibited on environmental protection, convenience and safety.
