棉花转基因技术及目标性状研究进展

Advances of Research on Cotton Transgene Technology and Its Target Characters

棉花是一种重要的经济作物,在我国广泛种植。培育转基因棉花被看作是解决产量和生态环境问题最根本和最有效的方式。介绍了目前应用于棉花遗传转化的3种主要转基因技术,并综述了我国转基因棉花主要目标性状的研究进展。

Cotton is one of important industrial crops, and is widely planted in China. The cultivation of transgenic cotton is considered the most efficient way of increasing yield and resolving environmental problems. Three major methods that have been usually employed in cotton genetic transformation were introduced and the advances of research on the main target characters of transgenic cotton in China were summarized in this paper.
