摘要
针对齿轮测量中心精度标准中齿廓倾斜偏差测量不确定度的问题,在清楚了德国国家标准VDI/VDE2612内容的基础上,结合国际标准ISO10064-5,通过分析影响齿廓倾斜偏差测量不确定度的主要因素,并对各因素的标准不确定度进行评定,计算出这些因素的不确定度,从而得出齿廓倾斜偏差的不确定度,再根据实际的情况和其他因素的影响,最终确定出了齿廓倾斜偏差不确定度的参数.
By analysis of some foreign standards of gear measure instruments which include VDI/ VDE2612 and ISO10064-5,the uncertaity of gear measuring center is investigated. The tooth profile slop deviation measuring uncertainty can be used for evaluating equipment. The various factors impacting tooth profile slop deviation measuring are evaluated. The standard measuring uncertainty of these factors are parameterized finally.
