摘要 针对内燃机配气凸轮机构的工作要求,在UG NX4平台上绘制凸轮轮廓曲线,建立了机构虚拟样机模型.在Scenario For Motion模块中运用ADAMS实现了机构运动仿真,得到内燃机气门运动的位移、速度和加速度曲线,其最大开隙、柔性冲击等机构运动特性满足理论的运动学要求.仿真结果能够反馈至CAD模块修改和完善凸轮机构几何参数与装配关系等.该方法能够迅速实现复杂机构的优化设计,为虚拟样机的开发及其运动学和动力学的研究做出了有益的探索. Based on the requirement of the motion distribution cam of internal-combustion engine. The cam curve is protracted and the mechanism model is designed on the UG NX4.0 platform. In Scenario For Motion the simulation is made combined with ADAMS. Then the simulation creates the curve of displacement, velocity and acceleration of the cam mechanism. The final curve is close to the theoretic requirement. This result of simulation could be fed back to the CAD module to modify and perfect the parameters and assembly relationship of the mechanism. This method could optimize the mechanism design rapidly which makes a useful effort to the development of the virtual machine and the research of kinematics and dynamic of the mechanism.
