便携式井口无线取压系统

摘要 在石油天然气的工作现场,用传统的机械式压力表测量井口的压力存在安全性差、精度低等缺点.采用了PHILIPS公司的STC89C58RD+的井口压力无线采集系统,介绍了系统压力变送器的选取,放大电路、A/D转换电路与时钟电路的设计,还有无线传输系统与便携式采集系统的工作原理及测试方法.通过对测试结果与FLUKE测试仪的比较,得出测量精度达到1.5%,满足了现场测量精度为3%的要求. In the oil and nature gas work site, there are many shortcomings including improper safety and accuracy when the pressure of wellhead is measured by the traditional mechanical pressure gauge. This paper shows a wireless wellhead pressure acquisition system based on the STC89C58RD+ of PHILIPS. The selection of pressure transmitter, the design of amplifier, A/D converter circuit and the clock circuit, the principle and testing methods of wireless transmission system, and the portable data collection system are discussed in detail. The measurement accuracy reaches 1.5% by the comparison between the test results and those of the FLUKE tester. This accuracy absolutely satisfies the required measurement accuracy of 3%.
