摘要
大量的突破性技术涌入我们的现实社会,对企业的技术创新和发展战略产生了深刻影响。而高度的不确定性是突破性产品创新的主要特点,大量的研究表明,突破性产品创新从设想到立项这一阶段的失败率可能高达90%以上。因此,企业要想成功地实现突破性技术创新,就必须对创新思想的产生这个模糊前端阶段环节加以重视。本文运用模糊数学分析方法构建了突破性产品创新模糊前端阶段创意筛选的评价模型,有效地降低了突破性产品创新的不确定性,增加了其准确度和可信性。
A lot of radical technology appears in the society, which has a great impact on technological innovation and development strategy of enterprises. Uncertainty is the main characteristic of radical product innovation. A large number of studies show that over 90 percent of radical innovation ended in failure from idea stage to project stage. Therefore, if enterprises aim at radical technological innovation, they have to pay more attention to the fuzzy front end stage of generating innovative ideas. The paper applies fuzzy mathematics method to building creative screening evaluation model for fuzzy front end in radical product innovation, effectively reducing its uncertainty and improving its accuracy and credibility.
