超声引导穿刺置管引流治疗胰腺假性囊肿

Clinical application of ultrasound-guided percutaneous drainage for pancreatic pseudocyst

目的探讨超声引导下穿刺置管引流治疗胰腺假性囊肿(Pancreatic pseudocyst,PPC)的临床应用价值,为PPC治疗提供一种简便易行、疗效显著的微创治疗途径。方法用超声筛选适合病例,对10例PPC患者在彩超引导下行穿刺或置管引流,对2例囊腔闭合不良患者,采用无水乙醇固化。结果8例患者共置管9根,穿刺引流2例,引流管放置时间10～300d,1例创伤性胰腺炎转手术内引流,无并发症发生,穿刺置管引流治愈9例。结论超声引导下经皮穿刺置管引流治疗具有创伤小、疗效好、并发症少可多次重复等优点,为临床提供了一种简便易行、疗效显著的微创治疗途径。

Objective To investigate the clinical application of uhrasound-guided percutaneous drainage for pancreatic pseudocyst （PPC）, so as to provide a simple and effective minimally invasive treatment of significant ways for the PPC. Method Suitable cases were selected with ultrasound screening, ten patients with PPC underwent ultrasound-guided pereutaneous drainage in present study. Cysts in two patients with closed non-performing treatment by ethanol-curing. Result Eight patients were placed with 9 tube, two cases were of drainage, drainage tube placement time were for 10-300 days, one case was of traumatic panereatitis in transgenic drainage surgery; no complications were found, clinical cure rate were 90%. Conclusion Ultrasound-guided percutaneous catheter drainage treatment is a therapy with less trauma and better efficacy, fewer complications and may be repeated, thus providing a simple clinical effective minimally invasive treatment.
