摘要
针对半煤岩巷围岩应力集中、服务周期长及其工程地质特点,通过数值模拟手段研究了肩窝为弧形和尖角形异型巷道围岩应力场和位移场分布形态,得出肩角弧形时为适合本矿生产技术条件的最佳掘进断面形状.同时,对顶板锚杆间距进行了数值模拟优化研究.据此提出了表面喷浆防风化和锚带网索加固相结合控制围岩裂隙发育的控制技术体系.结果表明,该技术有效控制了巷道围岩变形,为矿井的安全生产创造了条件,取得了良好的技术经济效益.
Aimed at stress concentration, the long service period and the engineering geological characteristics of the semi-coal and semi-rock roadway, arc and acute angle heterotype roadway's surrounding rock stress and displacement fields have been studied by numerical simulation. The best excavated section shape is arc angle shape. Meanwhile, the roof bolt interval was optimized by numerical simulation. So control technology, using gunite on the surface and cable anchor strengthening in roof, was put forward. The results indicate that the deformation of surrounding rocks affected by mining is reduced, creating a better condition to safety produce, obtaining a well technique and economy benefit.
