摘要
柱壁式综采法是在已掘巷柱式采区内布置长壁工作面,并用综采成套设备回采的采煤技术.2007年印度巴兰布矿购置了中国煤炭海外开发公司的综采成套设备,在63L综采面进行了试验,成功地解决了超前空巷支护、伪斜开采和地面爆破3个关键技术问题.研究结果表明:柱壁式综采矿压特点是基本顶来压强度大,工作面压力均匀,中部压力略大,空巷中间煤柱中部压力较大.ZZ6500/14/27型支撑掩护式支架适应性强,所获技术经济效果显著,试验是成功的.此法在印度有广阔的推广前景,也对我国在类似条件下的开采具有参考价值.
Pillar-wall mining is a method of which a long wall working face is arranged within the pillar-pattern mining section and a complete set of fully mechanized equipment is used. In the year 2007, balrampur mine in India purchased the fully mechanized mining equipment made by China Coal Overseas Development Co. Ltd. (CODCO). The equipment was used in 63L working face, successfully solved three key problems of empty roadway support in advance, pseudo-inclined caving, and ground blasting. The result shows that the weighting of pillar-wall mining is great for the basic roof, uniform for working face, and moderate or a little greater than moderate in middle area. The ZZ6500/14/27 shield type support is good in adaptability and in economic effect. So it has good prospect to be popularized in India and also has a reference value in coal mine with similar conditions in China.
