The Causal Analysis and the Prospect on the Doha Negotiation Suspended

WTO多哈回合谈判的中止,是各种因素综合作用的结果。文章对多哈回合谈判受阻的原因进行了分析,并认为目前暂时中止的多哈回合谈判,必将在有关国家的努力下,得到重新启动并最终获得成功,但其成功有赖于世界经济未来的发展趋势、各国相继稳定的政治局面、WTO规则的更加完善以及目前的经济形势的推动。

Many factors lead to the suspension of Doha negotiation round. This paper analyses the reasons of the suspension of Doha negotiation round and holds that Doha negotiation round would be restarted and be successful at last, but its success will depend on the future development trend of world economy, the stable political situation of the countries involved, the perfect rides of WTO and the promotion of current economic situation.
