Sticking to Service-orientation and employment-orientation is the education philosophy about advanced vocational education. This article takes the example of landed and house property major, starting out from the background of nowadays real estate market development and characteristic of talented people requirement, seeking after the way to take advantage of ＂the combination of education and employment＂ and ＂cooperation between school and enterprises＂ , adjusting the direction of personnel training to be in line with rapidly changed market demand.
