In recent years, with the rapid development of economic globalization, exhaustible energy and environment pollution has become a serious threat to the survival and development of human society. Germany become the first country to pursue the policy of circular economy development after it has learned a painful lesson from emphasis unilaterally on economic growth which may lead to a destruction of ecological environment. Germany has accumulated a lot of experience and formed its own characteristic system of circular economy management.
