铝表面新型水基清洗剂的研究

摘要 以水溶性的有机碱为主要成分,自制LHA为缓蚀剂,2-乙基己醇/吐温复合体系为表面活性剂制备新型水基清洗剂.利用电化学交流阻抗(EIS)技术比较了缓蚀剂加入前后铝在清洗剂中的腐蚀情况,并通过正交实验法讨论了清洗剂中各组分对清洗效果和缓蚀效果的影响.结果表明,有机碱的质量分数占清洗剂体系的75%,缓蚀剂占体系的5%时,可达到较好的清洗与缓蚀效果. For the inhibition of corrosion in the cleaning process, a new water-based cleaning agent was prepared in this paper. It was composed from organic base as the major component, polyols compound as the corrosion inhibitor, and 2-ethyl hexanol/Twain complex system as the surfae active agent. Under the ultrasonic wave, the surface of a metal chip was cleaned by the water-based cleaning agent. The effect of the components of cleaning agent on cleaning time and inhibition was discussed by orthogonal experimental method. It indicates that when the quality of organic base is 75% and corrosion inhibitor 5% in the cleaning agent system, the effects of cleaning and corrosion is good at the same time.
