摘要
指标体系设置是项目绩效评价的重要内容。本文根据安徽省利用世界银行贷款加强灌溉农业三期项目的特点,基于综合性、阶段性和可操作性的原则构建了安徽省利用世界银行贷款加强灌溉农业三期项目的评价指标体系,通过专家打分法得出1级指标间的相对重要程度,并对一致性进行检验。为科学评价利用世界银行贷款加强灌溉农业项目实施效果提供参考。
The setup of index system plays an important part in performance evaluation of the project. According to the characteristics of Anhui Strengthening Agricultural Irrigation Project Phase Ⅲ by the World Bank Loan, based on comprehensive, phased and operational principles, this paper builds the evaluation index system of Anhui Strengthening Agricultural Irrigation Project Phase Ⅲ by the World Bank Loan. Through the expert-scoring, this paper puts forward the relative importance between first-level indexes and tests consistency to provide reference for scientific evaluation of the effect of Strengthening Agricultural Irrigation Project Phase Ⅲ by the World Bank Loan.
