山东省科技投入与经济增长关系的实证研究

The Empirical Study on the Relations between Technology and Economic Growth in Shandong Province

在大力促进自主创新能力的新形势下,科技作为经济发展的原动力,作用日益重要,分析科技投入对经济增长的关系对政府的宏观决策具有重要的参考价值。通过格兰杰因果分析法,对山东省1980—2005年科技投入和经济增长的有关数据实证研究,揭示了山东科技投入与GDP之间的长期动态均衡关系和因果关系,并提出了相应的对策建议。

Under the new situation of independent innovation, as the driving force of economic development, science and technology plays an increasingly important role. The analysis of the relationship between investment in science and technology and economic growth of the government＇s macro decision-making has an important reference value. This paper carries on a empirical study on the relations between technology and economic growth in Shandong in 1980--2005. The result shows the long-term balance and causality between science and technology investement and GDP. Suggestions have been put forward.
