摘要
目的探讨影响广东省育龄残疾妇女生殖健康的因素。方法采用多阶段分层整群抽样方法进行问卷调查及访谈。结果和结论回收有效调查问卷4380份。46.54%否认患过生殖道感染;38.70%曾接受过全面体检;63.17%采取避孕措施;29.70%有过避孕失败;50.24%能说出3种避孕方法;37.39%能说出艾滋病的3种感染途径。生殖健康与年龄、残疾类别、残疾程度、居住地、婚姻、受教育程度、就业、经济状况等有关。
Objective To survey the factors that impact reproductive health of disabled adult women in Guangdong. Methods The questionnaire and group interview were performed with stratified cluster sampling. Results and Conclusion 4380 cases were surveyed. 46.54% of them denied that they had reproductive system infection. 38.70% had received systemic healthy examina tion. 63.17% had taken contraceptive. 29.70% failed from contraception. 50. 24% knew at least 3 methods for contraception. 37. 39% knew at least 3 ways against AIDS infection. The levels of reproductive health were related with their age, type and degree of disability, status of habitation, marriage, education, job, economy.
