摘要
分析舰艇编队装备体系的概念和系统效能评估的主要方法,依据复杂电磁环境下舰艇编队装备体系特点,借鉴探索性建模与仿真分析思想,构建了复杂电磁环境下舰艇编队装备体系效能评估框架,讨论了基于探索性分析的舰艇编队装备体系作战效能评估过程。对评估中的关键技术进行了深入分析,提出了多分辨率装备体系结构模型、多层次指标体系及其基于作战过程的动态评估方法,为深入开展复杂电磁环境下舰艇编队装备体系作战效能评估研究提供了理论基础与技术途径。
The concept of equipment system of warship brigade and methods of system effectiveness evaluation have been analyzed in the paper. According to the characteristics of equipment system of warship brigade in complicated electromagnetism environment, equipment system of warship brigade combat effectiveness frame in complicated electromagnetism environment is built which the analysis of exploratory modeling and simulation is applied to. The combat effectiveness evaluation process of warship brigade's equipment system based on exploratory analysis has been also discussed. The key technologies of evaluation are deeply analyzed, and structure model of multi-resolution factor equipment system, multi-layer index system and dynamic evaluation means based on combat process are proposed in the paper, which put forward the main theory base and technical approach for deeply researching on equipment system of warship brigade combat effectiveness evaluation in complicated electromagnetism environment.
