摘要 焊接技术是船舶工业的关键技术之一。本文从焊接工艺、焊接设备和焊接质量控制等3方面介绍了近期国外发达国家在焊接技术上的发展。在焊接工艺方面介绍了激光-电弧混合焊接工艺和搅拌摩擦焊接工艺;在焊接设备方面介绍了目前美国使用的便携式脉冲气体保护焊系统和移动式激光电弧混合焊系统以及日本机器人技术在焊接设备上的应用;在焊接质量控制方面介绍了数字化检测技术和焊接变形预测和控制技术。 Welding is one of the key technologies in marine industry. The paper introduces the latest developments in welding technology of advanced foreign shipbuilding countries via three view points, such as processes ,devices and quality control technologies. Hybrid laser arc welding technology and friction stir welding technology are introduced in welding process sector. A portable pulsed gas metal arc welding system and a mobile hybrid laser arc welding system used in USA and welding robots technology used in Japan are introduced in welding devices sector. Digital inspection methodology and prediction and control technology of welding distortion are introduced in weld quality control technologies sector.
