Artificial Control Adjustment of Eroded Environment--with Nihe Gully Watershed in Chunhua County as an Example

以淳化县泥河沟流域为例，讨论了水土流失规律、危害、治理方略及措施配置，并给出了阶段性治理成果。从中不难看出，人类只要依靠现代科学技术，改善农业生产基本条件，变资源优势为产业优势，发展主导产业，就能改变恶劣的侵蚀环境，使区域经济得到长足发展。

Many scholars have long conerned about the effects and functions of water and soil conservation on the Loess Plateau. With Nihe gully watershed in Chunhua county as an example, this paper deals with soil erosion laws and its damages as well as the disposals of controlling strategies and measures,introduces the controlling achievments in different stages.It can be seen that only by relying on modern science and technology, can human beings improve the basic agroproduction conditions,transform the resources advantages into industrial advantages to develop leading industry,thereby changing the worse eroded environment, so that the regional economy can have a sustained development.
