摘要
2008年1—5月我国鱿钓船在西南大西洋采集了259尾阿根廷滑柔样本(胴长范围为193~364mm),对其耳石形态特征进行观察与测量。结果表明,阿根廷滑柔鱼耳石的形态上,翼区最大,侧区稍小,背区最小。耳石总长TSL、最大宽度MW、侧区长LDL与胴长1VIL呈幂函数关系(P〈0.05),背侧区长DLL、侧区LDL和吻侧区长RLL与胴长ML呈指数函数关系(P〈0.05);而各参数与体重W则全部呈指数函数关系。随着胴长增加,虽然耳石绝对尺寸都逐渐增大,但相对尺寸逐渐减小,耳石的形态结构比例基本不变,即最大宽度、吻区宽度,背区、侧区、吻侧区、翼区的长度以及吻区宽度与耳石总长之比基本保持一致,分别为56.28%、34.36%、63.57%、60.46%、80.56%、15.34%。
The morphology and microstructure of statolith of lllex argentinus were studied for the 259 samples ( ranged in size from 193 -364 mm in mantle length), which were collected by Chinese jigging fleets in the Southwest Atlantic Ocean from January to May 2008 . The study indicated that its statolith has the structure with biggest rostrum and greater lateral dome length while small dorsal dome. Six most important featured parameters including total statolith length ( TSL), maximum width ( MW), lateral dome length (LDL) were best described by power functions with mental length (ML) ( P 〈 0.05 ), while dome length ( FDL), ventral dorsal dome length(DLL) and rostrum lateral dome length(RLL) were best described by power functions with ML( P 〈 0.05 ) , and all of the six featured parametes were best described by power functions with body weight. With the squid growth, the size of statolith gradually develops, while the ratio of each featured parameter to ML slowly decrease, and the ratio of MW, FDL, LDL, RLL, WL, RW to TSL almost remain the same level, corresponding to 56.28% , 34.36%, 63.57% , 60.46% , 80.56% and 15.34%.
