我国发展节水灌溉技术的必要性及其现状与前景

Current Situations and Prospects of DevelopingWaterSaving Irrigation Techniques in China

针对我国水资源状况及面临的农业、人口、环境问题，讨论了研究推广节水灌溉技术的必要性和迫切性。从低压管道输水、喷灌、渠道防渗、微灌及节水灌溉制度和管理措施几方面论述了我国节水灌溉技术的发展现状，并从水土资源、经济、技术等方面论证了此项技术在平原、山区及丘陵、灌区及经济作物上的推广应用前景。

According to present situation of water resource and problems on agriculture, population and environment, necessity and urgency of developing watersaving irrigation are discussed. Current situations of watersaving irrigation techniques in water flow in the low pressure pipe, sprinkler channel antiseepage, microirrigation and watersaving irrigation system and management were discribed in the light of water and soil resources, economic and techniques, prospects on application of watersaving irrigation techniques in plain, hills and mountains where land can be irrigated are analysed.
