聚乙烯/亚麻纤维复合材料的性能研究

摘要 研究了亚麻纤维(Flax-fiber,FF)含量、增容剂马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯(PE-g-MAH)对聚乙烯/亚麻纤维复合材料各项性能的影响。结果表明:随着FF含量提高,复合材料的密度未明显增大,拉伸和弯曲强度提高,硬度和维卡软化温度提高,但材料冲击强度有所下降;FF含量为20%时,复合材料综合性能较好;添加PE-g-MAH后,复合材料的力学性能提高,且材料吸水后仍保持较好力学性能。 Influences of content of flax-fiber (FF) and compatibilizer PE-g-MAH on various properties of PE/FF composite were studied. Testing results indicated that as FF content increased, density of the composite was not increasing visibly; tensile and bending strengths, hardness, VST of the composite were improved, yet impact strength decreased. The composite with a fiber content of 20% showed an excellent comprehensive property. With PE-g-MAH added, mechanical property of the composite was improved, no matter before or after water absorption.
