摘要
纤维素醚(MC)在砂浆中的主要作用是保水、增稠、引气、缓凝以及提高拉伸粘结强度等,这些特点分别对应了MC的组成、黏度、产品稳定性、醚化取代度、改性程度、颗粒大小等各个方面。在选用MC产品时,应根据不同砂浆的使用要求,综合考虑以上方面的影响。本文根据薄抹灰体系、抹灰体系、瓷砖粘结剂、砌筑砂浆、自流平体系等的特殊要求,提出了对MC选用的原则。本文以Tylose纤维素醚为例,推荐了适宜的产品。
The main functions of cellulose ether (MC) in mortar are water retention, thickening, air-entraining, retarding and improvement of tensile bond strength which were corresponded respectively with composition, viscosity, product stability, etherification substitution, modification level and particle size of MC. When cellulose ether is chosen for different mortars, the above-mentioned effects should be taken into consideration comprehensively according to application requirements of different mortars. And finally ,principles of cellulose ether selection for different mortars are put forward based on special requirements of Tylose's products. These mortar systems include EIFS mortar, renderings, tile adhesives, masonry mortar, self-leveling compounds, and so on.
