指出风味餐厅应有独特的餐饮概念,有别具一格的装饰布置,使顾客能够体会到某种文化氛围,对餐饮空间情境的营造和空间形象与氛围的创造进行了分析;对人的情感需求及其心理行为进行了探讨,以完善风味餐厅的设计。
The thesis points out the specialty restaurant should have special restaurant definition and unique decoration arrangement style to make the customers enjoy some culture atmosphere. It compares the sense of place building of restaurant with the creation of space image and atmosphere, and discusses people's emotion need and psychological behavior to perfect the design of specialty restaurant.
