摘要
针对广州工业园区迅速发展所带来的种种新问题,结合广州市花都区近期开展的若干个工业园控制性详细规划的编制,探讨了在编制过程中如何科学、客观、公正地分析问题,解决问题。
Aimming at to many new problems brought by the rapid development of Guangzhou industrial park, combined with the compilation of the regulatory detailed planning in the Huadu area in Guaugzhou city, the thesis discusses how to analyze and solve problems scientifically, objectively and justly during the compiling.
