The research status of reactive powder concrete at home and abroad was introduced simply, its basic principle was analyzed and its engineering application and development prospect were illustrated. It pointed out that reactive powder concrete had superelevated mechanic performances, better durability, extremely low shrinkage and creep, better environmental protection performances, which certainly will be development trend of future concrete and had broad application prospect.
