流体相对流动对套管式换热器效率的影响分析

摘要 采用效率传热单元法(ε—NTU),分析了顺流和逆流两种形式的套管式换热器的效率影响因素,给出了效率计算公式和线算图,指出当采用单管式换热器时,逆流连接方式换热效率较高,当采用双程套管换热器时,顺流连接方式的换热效率较高。 Using the Efficiency-Number of heat-Transfer Units method( ε-NTU method), analysis the influencing factors to the heat-transfer efficiencies when it was parallel-flow and reverse-flow forms. Provide the formulas and figures of the efficiency calculate. The results indicated that the reverse-flow was higher than parallel-flow in heat-transfer efficiency when it was a single-easing, but it was reverse when using double- way casing heat-transfer.
