质量控制图在预应力混凝土施工过程中的应用

指出预应力构件的混凝土质量检验是桥梁施工质量控制的重要环节,—R控制图作为一种简便有效的质量控制方法,可以较好的应用于预应力混凝土施工质量控制,运用这种方法结合统计学软件Minitab对某预应力混凝土工程的施工质量进行了分析,以评价该工程的施工质量。

Researchers point out that the concrete quality testing of prestressed component is important link of bridge construction quality control, and X^--R control chart can applied on prestressed concrete construction quality control served as a simple and effective quality control method, analyze the construction quality of one prestressed concrete project based on this method and combining with statistical software Minitab, so as to evaluate the construction quality of this project.
