浅谈化学灌浆在某引水隧洞工程中的应用

针对某引水隧洞工程由于地质条件差,混凝土浇筑、回填灌浆、固结灌浆完成后,伸缩缝、施工冷缝以及混凝土局部出现大面积涌水或渗漏现象,施工中采用了聚氨酯化学浆料灌浆,并用中核CN2000A型堵漏材料封堵,CN2000B型防水材料做涂层,取得了显著的防水效果。

The article introduces a diversion tunnel work which maintains bad geological conditions, and after the procedure of pouring, backfill grouting, consolidation grouting been completed in it, flexible stitch, construction stitch and some grouting parts became leaking. The polyurethane chemical grout slurry was adopted in construction, the CN2000A was also used for sealing, and CN2000B water-proof materials was used for coating, the results are proved to be good.
