活性膨润土的改性及其在芳烃脱烯烃中的应用

摘要 本试验以浙江临安活性膨润土为原料,采用添加氯化锌改性剂制得改性活性膨润土。对原土和改性土进行BET,XRD和IR分析。分析结果表明改性活性膨润土的表面酸浓度增大,比表面积减小。将改性活性膨润土作为催化剂脱除芳烃中的烯烃。应用试验表明,改性活性膨润土提高了芳烃脱烯烃效果,并延长了使用寿命。 Zhejang Linan-produced active bentonite was used as the raw material to produce a modified active bentonite by adding ZnCl2 modifier. The raw bentonite and the modified active bentonite were characterized by BET, XRD and FT-IR, and the results show that, on the surface of the modified active bentonite, the concentration of acid sites has increased while the specific surface area decreased. The modified active bentonite was then used as catalyst to remove the olefins from aromatics, and the result shows an improvement in olefins removal effect and a prolonged service life.
