优质小麦品质性状变化规律初探

Research on Quality Changes of the Good quality Spring Wheat

选取优质小麦品种在黑龙江垦区各科研单位种植，收获后统一到中国农业大学植物学院化验各品质性状进行方差分析、稳定性分析。结果表明：品种对小麦品质的影响大于环境的影响。环境的变化对蛋白质含量的影响较大，而对沉降值的影响不大。垦红１４各品质性状都比较稳定。

Good quality wheat varieties were chosen and planted at some research institutes in Heilongjiang Reclamation Area. After harvesting, the quality characters of these varieties were tested and the variance analysis and stability analysis were carried out in Botany College of China Agricultural University. The rcsults show that the genotype has more to do with quality than environment. Environmental change has more effect on wheat protein and little effect on wheat sedimentary value. Ken Hong 14′s quality characters are stable.
