摘要
生产实践证明,金山金矿的浮选金精矿采用生物氧化—氰化炭浸提金工艺处理,取得了较好技术指标。氧化渣采用三次洗涤、二次压滤洗涤工艺,提高了氧化渣的洗涤率,降低了氰化浸出作业的药剂消耗。氧化液中和采用电石渣替代石灰,降低了生产成本。
Production practice proved that the technical indexes of biological oxidation - cyaniding CIL process are ideal for floatation gold concentrate in Jinshan gold mine. After 3 times washing and 2 times pressure filtration washing, the washing rate of the oxidation slag is enhanced, while the drug consumption in cyaniding process is re- duced. Lime is replaced by carbide slag in the oxidation fluid neutralization process to cut the production cost.
