结肠海绵状血管瘤伴大出血一例 被引量：2

摘要 患者男，29岁。于2年前无明显诱因出现无痛性便血，为新鲜血，量较多，当地医院肠镜检查示“结肠肝区黏膜血管畸形破裂出血”（具体不详），给予止血等对症治疗后血止。入院前1d无明显诱因再发便血3次，为新鲜血，量共约1000ml，无明显腹痛、腹泻，无反酸、嗳气、呕吐，伴头晕、乏力、出冷汗，以“下消化道出血”收入我科。查体：血压60／30mmHg，心率120次／min，脉搏细弱。神志不清，
