摘要
从转杯纺的凝聚和并合机理出发,对三次喂给罗拉速度变化情况下转杯竹节纱竹节形态进行了深入分析.得到了竹节纱竹节段线密度分布的两种情况:一种情况下竹节形态是普通转杯竹节纱的简单组合,竹节形态与喂给罗拉速度变化两次的情况一致;另一种情况下竹节形态较为复杂,并研究了其线密度的分布规律.
Based on the better understanding of collecting and doubling mechanism of rotor spinning, the rotor slub shape is deeply analyzed by changing the feed roller speed three times in one slub circle. The two situations of the distribution of density in thickness of slub yarn are obtained. The slub shape is the simple combination of ordinary rotor slub yarn in one situation. The slub shape is the same as that by changing the feed roller speed two times in one slub circle. The slub shape is very complex in the other situation. The distribution of density in thickness of slub yarn is studied.
