With the increasing fund input of library, fair use of library in the digital environment becomes increasingly important. So it is necessary to gather statistics and analysis of user access and download in order to evaluate the fair use of university library digital resource. The ISI Web of Knowledge database were evaluated in view of many factors such as login, retrieve, reader groups, campus and cost et al to support the information resources construction at the university library.
