摘要 高频效应、损耗、散热和绝缘的合理设计是大功率开关电源变压器的设计难点。为此,提出了一种大功率、高压、高频开关电源变压器的串联优化设计模型。针对该模型,以流过理想化的双向矩形波电流波形为特例,从Dowell公式推导出了线圈最优层数与最优层厚的关系,并提出了一种等面积算法来将Dowell最优层数换算到圆导线线圈最优层数,进而可确定最优线圈高度。结果表明,串联设计保证了单机容量的增大,而优化设计使得高频效应和损耗达到要求。采用该模型设计,能够在整个变压器匝数已知的情况下,对线圈高度、线圈最优层厚和最优层数进行合理的计算和优化。 It is difficult to reasonably design the high frequency effect, loss and insulation for the high-frequency transformer. We established a model of series optimization for the power supply transformer used for high power, high voltage and high frequency . With the ideal bipolar square current waveform, we derived the relationship between the optimum number of winding layers and the optimum thickness of winding layer by the Dowell formula. Moreover, we put forward an equivalent area arithmetic to convert the optimum number of winding layers for copper to the equivalent optimum number of winding layers for round conductors, then the optimum height of winding was obtained. Results show that the series assures the high capacity of a transformer, and the Optimum design declines the high-frequency effect and loss. Therefore, if the number of windings is known, it is feasible to reasonablely calculate and optimize the height of windings, the number of winding layers and the optimum thickness of winding layer. Finally, experiment shows that this optimum design method is available for the calculation and optimization of transformer used for high power, high voltage and high frequency.
