Optimization of extraction process of icariin from Epimedium by uniform design

目的:对淫羊藿中淫羊藿苷的提取工艺进行优化研究。方法:以淫羊藿苷的含量为质量控制指标,通过均匀设计的方法,对淫羊藿提取工艺中乙醇体积分数、固(g)液(mL)比和超声提取时间等因素进行研究,考察淫羊藿苷的提取工艺。结果:以80%乙醇为溶剂,固液比为1∶20,超声提取时间为20min,可使药材中淫羊藿苷最大程度的浸出。结论:此工艺提取淫羊藿中有效成分淫羊藿苷的效率较高。

OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction techniques of icariin from Epimedium L. by uniform design. METHODS The content of icariin was determined by a reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography to investigate the extraction process of icariin. The extraction techniques of icariin was optimized by employing the uniform design method. RESULTS The best extraction process of icariin was obtained as following.. 80% ethanol as the solvent, solvent volume 20 mL and extraction time 20 min. CONCLUSION The extraction ratio of icariin is higher according to the above extracting process.
