摘要
目的:对宜昌产鲜鱼腥草的挥发油成分进行特征图谱研究,为评价该地区鱼腥草资源的质量提供简便、快捷的方法。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取不同生长时期的鲜鱼腥草挥发油,并通过气相色谱进行分析,经软件拟合得到标准图谱。结果:对10批鲜鱼腥草进行分析,建立鲜鱼腥草挥发油气相色谱特征图谱。结论:该方法重复性好,所建立的气相色谱特征图谱可用于鲜鱼腥草的质量控制。
OBJECtIVE To establish a specific chromatogram of the volatile oil of fresh Houttuynia cordata from Yichang, to offer convenient and prompt method for appraised Houttuynia cordata from Yichang. METHODS The volatile oil was extracted from fresh Houttuynia cordat of different growth ages by water stream distillation method, and analyzed by GC. Atlas was calculated with correlated software to obtain standard map. RESULTS 10 groups of samples collected were analyzed; specific chromatogram of the volatile oil from fresh Houttuynia cordat was subsequently established. CONCLUSION The estab- lished GC specific chromatogram can be used for the quality control of fresh Houttuyniashortcut.
