摘要
针对传统的电磁调速式电牵引采煤机速度控制环节调试难度大,参数易漂移等问题,根据电牵引采煤机的牵引特性及电磁式调速电动机的速度控制特性,提出了一种基于模糊控制算法的软件控制器,通过仿真和现场多年实际运行,证明了基于模糊控制算法的软件调节器与电磁调速式电动机在电牵引采煤机中应用的可行性,保证了电牵引采煤机恒功率运行,使采煤机发挥出最大的功效。
Based on the traditional electromagnetic speed regulation of shearers,the speed controller is difficult to debug.And the parameters is easy to drift.According to the traction characteristic of electrical haulage shearer and the speed control property of electromagnetic speed regulation motor,this paper presents a software controller about fuzzy control arithmetic.By simulation and practical operation in field for years,the feasibility that the controller and electromagnetic speed regulation motor are applied to electrical haulage shearer is proved.Electrical haulage shearer is operated under constant power which exerting the shearer's function.
