摘要
采用厂商提供的实际分立元件模型,介绍了一种基于ADS软件设计仿真LNA的全过程,并对LNA的设计要点进行了分析,给出了电路仿真结果。设计出的LNA可用于915MHz声表面波射频识别读卡器,具有成本低、噪声低、增益高、稳定性高的优点。
Using the actual model of discrete components provided by manufacturers,introduced a design of the entire process of LNA based on the ADS simulation,and analyzs the design features of the LNA,given the results of circuit simulation.The design of the LNA can be used to 915MHz SAW RFID reader.It has the advantages of low-cost,low-noise,high gain and high stability.
