摘要
社会转型过程中,人口学及地理学意义上的民族地区农村家庭养老受到文化、养老能力及意愿等因素的共同影响,家庭的基本养老功能面临前所未有的挑战。选取5个民族自治区农村作为研究对象,以人类发展指数(HDI)为指标分析家庭养老与社会发展的关系,结果表明:通过完善家庭养老内外部机制,加大政府对民族地区公共服务体系建设的投入,构建民族地区农村家庭养老模式与社会发展的良性互动机制,是解决民族地区农村家庭养老问题的途径。
In the process of social transformation, rural family endowment of ethnic regions in a demographical and geographical sense is influenced by related culture, competence and wishes; the function of family endowment is facing unprecedented challenges. This paper aims to analyze the interactive relationsship between family endowment and social development by referring to the Human Development Index （HDI）, and five villages from different autonomous regions have been selected for this study. Problems of family endowment in rural ethnic regions can be solved by perfecting the internal and external mechanisms of family endowment, increasing government appropriation to build the public service system, constructing a positive interaction mechanism between family endowment and social development.
