Sixty-Year Development and Reform of New China’s Party Organs

摘要 新中国党报60年的发展与变革大体经过3个阶段:改革开放前的30年,党报主要靠行政拨款,是社会主义公营报刊系统的主体部分,党报的宣传模式得到强化;改革开放以后,党报走向市场运作,"事业单位、企业化经营"的转变使党报经历了跨越式大发展,新闻理念和新闻生产上开始从宣传本位向新闻本位的转变;20世纪末以来,在日趋激烈的市场竞争中,党报在内容上更加"三贴近",在发展上走向集团化、产业化与多元拓展经营。党报工具性和商品性双重属性的矛盾是贯穿党报发展的主线,新时期党报发展的关键仍是对这一矛盾的创新性解决。 Sixty-year development and reform of new China's Party organs can be roughly divided into three phases: during the thirty years before reform and opening-up, Party organs, the main body of socialist public system of newspapers and periodicals, mainly relied on administrative appropriation to reinforce the mode of propaganda of Party organs; after reform and opening up, Party organs was market-oriented, and experienced the conversion into "enterprise management of institutions", which moved Party organs forward by leaps and bounds. Besides, the conception and production of news began to transform from propaganda-based to news-based; since the end of the 20th century, with increasingly even more closer to reality, real life, and the fierce market competition, the content of Party organs has become masses. Its mode of management has tended to be incorporated, industrialized and diversified. The contradictory dual properties of Party organs, i.e. their instrumental and commercial properties, run through the development of Party organs, so an innovative solution to this contradiction remains vital to developing Party organs in the new era.
