10例PCI术患者72小时候后并发假性动脉瘤的原因及护理对策 被引量：1

摘要 PCI又称经皮冠状动脉成形术（PTCA）及冠状动脉内支架置人术，是目前诊断及治疗冠心病、心肌梗死的主要方法。而介入治疗是一种刨伤性治疗，不可避免地会发生各种并发症。假性动脉瘤则是并发症之一，术后72小时出现假性动脉瘤实为少见，但它可能导致永久的损伤和致残，甚至会发生死亡。我们通过分析并发假性动脉瘤的高危因素，
